Actually CANDACE FRAZEE’S BOOK in general has helped me heal spiritually.
I found myself reading and rereading it. Oddly enough, when I did ... I Got It. It’s so much information to read, comprehend, understand, absorb and/or figure out—all at once.
Candace’s book’s entirety, FACTS, DATES, TIMES, are IMMENSE and undoubtedly ACCURATE! I envision a book club sort of like Oprah’s, a bunch of women (or men too, just to hear out mens’ views) discussing her book. I think/know women have a deeper capacity, ability, senses to imagine + envision what Swedenborg writes and that which she translates (from the Bible, too.)
I’m totally engrossed in her book. So much to learn from Candace. Wow, I’m wowed. She truly found her calling. It has intrigued me to learn/read about Emanuel Swedenborg. I never heard of him before. What a Brillant Man, Scholar, Teacher...much like Candace... Her knowledge is surmountable.
I’ve never read a book quite like There is an Answer. Incredibly researched information. I did have to put it down and take a break. It’s alot to take in at once. I would not be surprised if Candace Frazee opened her own Swedenborg Church or school or learning centre!! She makes it her business to know so much. A job well done. Great work Candace, amazing work.
I’m reflecting on what I read and learned. For me, I find that I need to take small steps in order to think about what is new or different to what I’ve been taught in Roman Catholic Parochial school and church. However my beliefs are quite smiliar to that of Swednborg’s I’ve discovered.
Critics and readers alike, have given There is an Answer rave reviews. I’ve always liked reading about Angels, Heaven and Hell alike... can’t have one without the other. I actually had 2 NDE (near death experiences).
The first time I was in the hospital, quite sick. I seen myself over my bed out of my body. Then I was in another plane and my great Aunt who had died years prior was above me with several other women dressed in sort of Spanish head dresses with veils over their heads and they spoke to me. However NOT in oral speech, telepathically. They told me that I had to go back for it was not my time...overall it was more like a feeling of peace, harmony. They were much younger with skin so, so very clear.
The other one was from a heroin overdose at 26. I did die that time. However I was resuscitated by EMS. Where I went to was very much like another plane like an astral place which was dark but NOT frightening or bad. It was more like a sheer state of CALM and stillness. Peacefulness but I was alone. Then three figures appeared. Men in robes like from Biblical times. They were what seemed like 40 ft. tall. They were so ethereal looking. Again NO FEAR. I actually felt weightless and so at peace. The Centre Man appeared to be the Judge. He held a huge book which was opened in half point. Then once again he spoke to me. He stated that my life thus far was one of 50% good 50% not bad and that I ended up there because of my lifestyle activities and that I could stay or leave. No monsters or fires or any sort of harm. He also said that I had done MUCH good in my life but there was more to do on the earth plane. However, ultimately AGAIN IT was MY CHOICE and free will, to stay or go.
I have worked so very hard to get where I am today, considering what I lived and survived and how I managed to turn it all around for the common GOOD!! I am humbled by the leaps and bounds, of trying to attain redemption, recovery, resolve, and usefulness to humanity and mankind. Much like Candace’s Swedenborg Philosophy, I strive to be a Blessing and not a burden.
I finished reading Candace’s book! Reread much of it as I sifted through all the chapters. Some I reread 3-4 times just to make certain I understood. And that I am now able to recount some of Swedenborg’s and Candace’s beliefs based upon its’ theological theories and doctrines (which she translates so well with her own writing style and flare). Candace’s writing style is so deep, factual, informative. It’s a distinctive intellectual brand that is *truly her’s*.
